Fit Effects is introducing our Sensory Box. This box comes at amazing value and includes a range of items and handouts that are set to target areas such as fine motor development, emotional regulation, being able to follow instructions and engage the sensory system. 

 

This box is ideal for individuals who want to improve fine motor skills, explore their sensory profile and learn how to understand their emotions and implement coping strategies to self-regulate.

 

Items in the sensory box have been selectively chosen by Occupational Therapists and the benefits of the items have been backed with professional reasoning.
